The room was decent size and contemporary, I had really nice experience.

The location of the hotel was good and magnificent - at a medium distance from The Alhambra. Was set in 10 minutes' walk to the downtown, and the workers were helpful. The room was comfy and with large beds.

The room was contemporary and fashionable with nice beds. the bathroom was perfectly clean. the staff was really helpful. Fantastic location, just a 10-15 minute walk from Albaicin, and close to shops, the city center, and iconic buildings.

Helpful and friendly staff. Comfortable beds. Location for visiting Alhambra. Ask for inner rooms on 0 floor, courtyard rooms...avoid at all cost the street facing rooms. I had to request a quieter room after first sleepless night due to street noise. Staff were excellent, responding quickly and assigning us to another of their rooms in an inner courtyard. Very quiet room. Much appreciated. Mini-bus pickup to go to Alhambra is just outside front door or it is a very nice walk, uphill to the Alhambra if you have time and energy. Drop-off by mini-bus is just a block or so behind the hotel. Very easy. Breakfast is adequate. Price was good compared to other European hotels. The staff from front desk manage breakfast room. They did a very good job at refilling selections and removing dirty dishes.

Extremely noisy rooms facing street. Don't take family rooms 103 or 105! The worst I have ever experienced with regard to noise disturbances. I could even hear the sound of the hotel's front door beneath us each time it slid open and close. Also, no sound insulation between neighboring room. I could hear conversations from the men next door speaking in normal voices...could hear them coughing and sneezing. Our other room on the 2nd floor was much too hot...the room windows opened onto the breakfast room courtyard. The shampoo/bath soap supplier failed to deliver, so there was nothing in our rooms. Probably good idea to carry a backup. Not our first time to experience a shortage of shampoo/bath soap in European hotel though. Driving in to the hotel was very challenging, as are most city centers in the area. We found this one to be more difficult than usual. Parking garage nearby was one of the worst. Smelled awful. It served it's purpose. Car was safe and we didn't use it until leaving town. Beware of dirty cups when taking your morning coffee in the breakfast room. I found many, many seemingly unwashed.

The rooms are spotless and fancy with a fridge, a great bed, for instance.

This place is conveniently located close to restaurants, bars, popular attractions, and a bakery or coffee shop.

We stayed in room number 1 "Siatra", The shower flooded ever time we used it.

The location is amazing, close to Calle Navas, the staff here are efficient, and the rooms are modern.

The Hotel is very near the town centre and the room was quite confortable

I booked a family room with two floors to have more pryvacy, but they gave me a single room where vas putted 2 more beds and without airdryer,and they don't say nothing to me, and when I told them the answer was that I was lucky because they leave me to stay in that room at the same prize,not more like usual they make, and if I wanted to dry my hair I could enter in an other room!incredible!

The location is amazing, just next to Albaicin; the staff is top-notch, efficient, and attentive; the bed is comfortable, and the room is spacious.

Really really nice staff, great location with cafe's and bars close by, fantastic Mexican restaurant round the corner.

Aircon was poor we could not get the room cool.

The hotel has a fabulous design, and its location is also outstanding. Close to the Alhambra and the city centre, we were able to visit the whole Granada by bus. The beds are comfortable, the rooms are spacious and the shower is good. An excellent place!

The location is great for visiting the Alhambra, with plenty of good restaurants, nightlife options, and tourist attractions nearby.
